HI all
I live in Northern Virginia. There are two Freightliner Service locations in and near Manassas, VA. Western Branch Diesel in Manassas and Patriot Freightliner in Gainesville, neither of which is an Oasis dealer. The nearest Oasis dealer is in Baltimore, Md. Has anyone used any of these locations and is an Oasis dealer worth an extra 50 mile drive one way?
Thanks for any recommendations
Ed

I've used both and they are excellent. I used Western Branch for service on my Allison transmission. Patriot Freightliner I used for work on my chassis and Cat diesel engine. Very good service, reasonable prices.

This is for over four years of service with them, no complaints at all. IMO, worth the trip. Just realize that they deal mostly with commercial trucks (time is money) so if you can leave your motorhome with them a couple of days to work it into their schedule, that works well.

My first choice for FL and Cat work is Patriot, Western Branch is my first choice for Allison work. Patriot is very familiar with motorhomes, they work on a lot of them.

Best Regards!

I have had good experience with Western Branch. Patriot is a new management for the location and I would give them a try but I have not had an occasion to do so. I would not drive any further to go to an Oasis shop.

Johnson Truck Center ( Johnson Truck Center, Freightliner, Mitsubishi Fuso | www.johnsontruckcenter.com) is located in Gainesville, Va off of Wellington Road. They are a Freightliner dealer and we have had good experiences with them. Western Branch has the best prices on Allison filters and Transyd transmission fluid.

A correction, Johnson Truck Center is the new name and management for Patriot at the same location and I would give them a try.
