I'm not sure what you're talking about. In your first post, you said you took your coach to a Freightliner dealer. That statement, at least to me, denotes that you took it to an authorized Freightliner shop.

Are you now saying that you took it to a shop that simply worked on your Freightliner chassis and they're not an authorized Freightliner dealer.

I took it to a Freightliner dealer in Tucson. That is why I asked the person in one of the posts what he meant by a dealer. I am highly disappointed in them and would not recommend them. As far as i know there is only one in Tucson out off Craycroft Rd.

Since it's an authorized Freightliner dealer my first post still stands as the appropriate action to take.
