Fuel filter replacement

Hello everyone, it's been some time since last posted on this message board. I was wondering if anyone knows the Caterpillar or Frightliner number for the fuel filter for my coach? Right now I have a Allied filter # ABP/N122-32FRT01. I can not find a replacement for this filter. I have been to the local Cat parts dealer, they can't help me, I have called Frightliner, same thing. I have a 2004 Itasca Maridian with a Cat engine. Can anyone out there help me?

Thanks,

Joe

You did not say if you have a single filter or a primary and secondary fuel filter system. The filter you describe I believe is a 30 micron filter and would not be the right filter to use in a single filter application which I believe should be a 2 miscron filter.

NAPA should be able to cross reference your filter but suggest you describe your setup first.

The fuel filter I use in my cat is a single filter I think 3 micron and is the same EXCEPT the last two digits are 03. I buy them at the Freightliner shop.FUEL FILT ABP N122 32FRT03

Gary,
I found out that the number was a Freightliner number. I called the nearest dealer and they have what I need. Thanks so much for your response.
