Had 1800 miles when I purchased new. Had terrible bounce and shimmy front. Balanced three different places, better but not correct. Put in ceramic beads still better. Was in at Bandag tire Zanesville Ohio, they also retread tires. Notice this huge machine that they use to ultra sound tires before they cap them. Yes they ran all 6 of my Goodyears through it, 2 had broken belts, 1 had bead separation. Put 6 new Michelins on, beads back in and rides like it should. So much for Goodyears tot mileage 32,000 but I feel they were bad at 1800 miles. If you have tire problems talk to Wayne.

Did you install XZE Michelin tires? Keep a watchful eye on your tires pressures and or install a TPMS system.

Maybe a cowboy woks for the drive-away company that drove the MH from the factory? Been know to happen. This past Fall I saw some 5th wheel convoys delivering new units. They were driving on I-90, and not being too careful about where the right hand tires were riding - i.e. the shoulder.

Just sayin'.

PS I love Michelin, and would not run Goodyears on anything that I own based on my experience of 45 years in the automotive service business.

I second that. Only Goodyear's I ever owned came on a GMC dually I used to own. Wife was pulling a trailer full of horses up the mountains to Virginia when the left front steer tire blew. These tires had less than 10k miles on them. Blowout was in a sidewall, about 2 inches long. No warning, just blew, sent her and her horses careening off the highway into the median. Only by God's grace was she not injured or killed. Sent pictures to Goodyear who offered to replace all 6 for me with the same tires, which I respectfully declined. The dealership I bought the truck from replaced them with Michelins for me.

Known as "Badyears" around here. Bought a new John Deere combine with them on ONE time, from then on specified in the order for a new machine they HAD to have Firestones at delivery or sale was void. Others, I am sure get along fine with them, I am just sayin............ For me, NO more badyears. All just my opinion.
