great service

We are often quick to complain about poor service (which we should) but sometimes dont tell everyone about the good so I thought I would take a minute of my time to say Thank you to both Newmar and Freightliner for the quick calls to me while stopped on the side of the road with engine read out warnings. New rv for me and while driving we had issue with the read out panel warnings. Called Newmar and was called back in 8 minutes on a Sat. He then contacted freightliner who got back to me in a "long" 10 minutes, apoligizing for the delay since he was the only one on for sat. Now I realize that I may have been lucky calling at about 1pm on Sat but it was a big load of my mind and allowed me to get back on the road quickly. My first Newmar and first Frieghtliner and am happy with this situation .

Always nice to hear! We've had the same great response from Freightliner when we had check engine light indications.
