Hello all,

I have a 2002 Itasca Horizon with the Freightliner Chassis.

It's a nice coach, but the headlights are working intermittently. Right now they are not working, but earlier today they were.

I have verified that the bulbs are not burnt out
The fuses I can find are good
The relay's are well seated in the sockets. There are 3 relays for the lights total - one for the fogs, and two for the L/R headlights.
The wires are connected at the switch.

Anyone have any ideas or know where I can get the schematic for the headlight wiring?

I found that the headlight switch is bad...

I was able to find a schematic and trace it down.

I have a 02' journey DL, can you tell me where the relays are located? I had a right front headlight stop working last year. Bought a new bulb, not the problem. I was at a camp ground in Fl, so I just ran a wire to the left front headlight as a temp fix. Still works.

All the headlight relay's are located in the front fuse panel. If you open the access point for the generator, there will be a "door" that has 4 turn screws you open and remove the door...

The thing is the relay's are all labeled on the door. The relays in there are only for the high/low beam selection. The actual 12V power comes thru the switch on the dash.
