Inoperative starter circuit

I have a 2005 Fleetwood Discovery on a Freightliner Chassis Cat diesel Vin # V21001. I have a starter interlock or solenoid problem. I can jump from the starter B+ connection to the starter solenoid wire on the starter and the vehicle will start. I have the signal at the ignition switch but not to the starter start wire. I was told there is a Ford style solenoid on the right frame rail just forward of the rear tire. There was none found. The start wire appears to go into the engine harness going forward towards the front. There appears to be a mini relay that gets a signal from the start position of the ignition switch up front in a center dash door. I have the signal in and out from this location. The house and chassis batteries are on the left side rear of this coach. I have recontacted Freightliner, but no answers yet. Any ideas, schematics, or component locater information would be greatly appreciated.
