Joe: As a business application I'm sure security is a big concern. Disruption of the program could be a major problem for dealers, mechs, suppliers and operators.
It's not just motorhomes but every Freightliner chassis is in the system.

After yu login the best way to start is click on Applications. You will see links to Service Pro, Parts Pro, andEZ wiring. If you don't see this then I guess you are truely locked up and have a brower problem. Check that your cookies are not too restrictive and do not use the popup blocker.

EZ wiring does not work for me because the info is not in there for older rigs but yours should be.

When you click on Parts Pro a screen pops up and ask for the last 6 of your VIN. When parts pro comes up you select where you want to go. There is an EZ icon in the browser window so yu can also get into wiring that way. The way I was told if you select an electrical part and then select EZ icon it will take you to the circuit. Mine won't work.

My wiring is embedded in a PDF in Service Pro in the electrical section. It has Engine and chassis wiring for the Freightliner portion. Does not include Coach wiring. That is really all I need.

Hope this helps.

To clarify about the coach wiring I am fortunate to have it my files that came with the MH.

Also if you use the PDF with the wiring like I do read the document. It has tables that tell the ID numbers for each circuit. For example if you see 1050 on the schematic you can cross refercence to the tables to see what circuit your looking at. That way it is easier to trace when switching diagrams.

The help desk told me that it would not work well with IE8 but It works fine for me. I have 32 bit version of W7 with IE8 that I upgraded from Vista. So maybe it is a 32/64 bit thing. I stayed with 32 so all my vista applications would work. Not ready to re-buy everything.

They also said the system is very old and has not been upgraded in a while.

Sorry about the problem.

I think I will try Safari and see if it works.

i think the dated ness of the system is its weakness, i did get in this morning, but parts pro kept going blank
no biggie there are other avenues for parts and wires.
i am fortunate the local peterbuilt repair facility is armed with great helpful people and they go the extra mile to help me.
happy national doughnut day

Thanks

Just tried Safari 4 and it failed.

it had a link that read the following

Internet Explorer 8 and Windows 7

Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) applications do not support the recently released Microsoft Internet Explorer 8. Due to potential compatibility issues between IE 8 and DTNA sites and web applications, we recommend that you do not upgrade at this time. Please continue to use your previous version of Internet Explorer.
Testing is also underway to evaluate any compatibility issues between DTNA applications and Windows 7. Until testing is complete, please do not upgrade to Windows 7.

So I guess I am fortunate to have mine working with 32 bit IE 8
