Tried to sign up for access Freightliner and got a message back that I would need to visit my local Freightliner dealer to have warranty registration database updated before they could consider approval.

This is a 10 year old coach. Is that what everyone else had to do. I don't have a dealer close that will service motorhomes.

They are kind of funny about the site requirements in my opinion. I couldn't seem to get on until I signed up as a pro driver as my occupation. Of course, that is not the case. I thought...what is the big secret? Then they will lock you out if you do not check in every six months. Geez. Joe

It sounds like their system has not updated you as the current owner. I have been told that by them. Call their number, & have them update the info. Then in around a week, you can get a login id.

If you go to the FCOC website they have good information on joining and accessing the website.

Thanks Jim,

Just filled out the application, will mail today. The coach has 28K miles on it and I was thinking about taking it to Gaffney for the 30K service just to make sure everything is up to par.

The $10 membership fee will get me 10% off on service, should pay for itself.

We'll be in Gaffney late May for Camp Frieghtliner and service. Its an unbelievable place for service. If you do plan on getting service I would strongly suggest making an appointment as far ahead as possible.

I am not sure if you got the number for Freightliner. So here is a number that should be able to help. If you are going to Gaffney for service, try & schedule a Camp Freightliner class. Mike is a great instructor.
