Did you install the rears yourself?

I haven't been following this thread, so I'm not sure if this question was directed to me specifically. Anyhow, I did not install them initially but I did remove Koni's and reinstall the Sach's. My impact wrench had just enough poop to loosen the bolts. None of the bolts are easily accessed but after chasing a few dropped washers I got the job done. If you have long enough arms the rear shock upper bolt can be gotten to over the top of the duals. Tightened everything with the impact wrench as much as it could then cranked down with an 18" breaker bar to make sure. I probably needed 3 hours for the rears and 2 for the fronts. In a shop with a rack and proper tools, no more than 1.5 hours total.

I had a Koni RV authorized installer do the work. Since the upper bolt on the front shocks are generally installed head down, nut up at Gaffney and on Winnebago/Itasca the HWH leveling system is then installed right behind the upper shock mount it was impossible for me to remove the upper bolt. I didn't have the tools (pneumatic grinder, plasma torch, etc.) to cut through a grade 8 bolt so I made it easy on myself by paying someone else to do it and as long as I was there I had them do the rears too. I did have to source the replacement bolts on my own though.

You can buy from Koni directly, talk with Justin.
Or from Brazels, or from shox.com

I thnk what Steve was trying to say is the supply is outstripping the demand. The new rear FSD's have a two month lead time if you order them from KoniRV.com. Brazel's had a bunch 6 weeks ago but they sold those out by the end of May.

Sorry, I misunderstood. My sincere apologies.
And you are so right, my rear shocks have been backordered for months. The fronts are SWEET, so I can't wait to get them on all four corners.

After a 10 week wait the Koni FSD's for the rear arrived via UPS. I'll post after I get them on this weekend. The fronts have been installed for some time.
