We purchased our NRV Pacifica back in mid December 2009. We have been spending a fair amount of time getting the coach where it should have been when it left NRV for retail sale. We knew when we purchased the coach that any related NRV problems were going to cost us our own cash. We did however call major manufactures of the coach IE: Freightliner, CAT, Allsion to assure warranty coverage of chassis, engine and transmission.
On the trip home from PA. we learned that we had a Gremlin on board causing electrical glitches via the dash, gauges, and light bar message center. Our first experiance with Freightliner service was in West Va on the trip home....great service center with excellent customer service.
My second Freightliner experiance was not as impressive, poor communication, personnel didn't seen to know what was going on as far as motorhome service. No follow up when asked what services had been preformed, no detailed service billing.
We had to put the Pacifica back in the shop for more Gremlin chasing. It has been a much better experiance this time. ATC Freightliner now has a full time dedicated Service Writer in the MDT/Freightliner Custom Coach position. Matt has been a great person to work with on our last few visits to ATC. His communication skills are excellent, he has kept us up to date as far as how progress moved along. He takes the time to listen to what information you can share on the history of the coach and past service had been preformed. He also took the time to call and work towards locating our Gremlin source with FCC, who also took the time to research possible fixes and cures to getting our coach back on the road.
I received a phone call earlier today from Matt saying we were ready to go. Explained what service had been preformed, relayed the help and assistance FCC had been providing and feels positive that the Gremlin has been taken care of.
While we have not had the opportunity to take delivery of our coach, I must say I feel very good in knowing that my coach has the backing of such a great group of people who take the time to provide Customer Service and go the extra mile needed to back up their product.
It is a relief to know I can count on both Matt at ATC and Freightliner Custom Coach in the future and can honestly feel I can recommend ATC Dallas South as a Excellent service center should you find yourself in need of service.

UPDATE:
We picked up the coach this morning. Figured that we would stop in, grab the key and hit the road home. Should have taken all of a couple of minutes. Wrong!!
Matt had the Tech that worked on the RV waiting for me so we could spead as to what was found and swap information as to any service items that may have been preformed in the past. He listened carefully to what I had to say, confirmed what he had found and felt there would be no more issues with the system. He also took the time to share some additional information as related to the Freightliner Chassis design and service points. It was great, I feel even more comfortable with this service center than before.
So again many thanks to ATC Dallas South, and Matt. If anyone from Freightliner follow this fourm, these people have earned a big "Done Good" button. And while your at it give your self on also for all the help and assistance along the way.
Jon
