Kudos to Freightliner Support
I just thought I would pass along a recent experience I had with Freightliner Support. I called them yesterday with a non critical question that I had. Being a Monday, I expected them to be busy as usually Mondays are the worst day to contact any support line. I was put into the que (on hold) and after a very short time decided to call back when they weren't so busy as my question wasn't time critical. About 8PM that same day I received a call from Freightliner Support saying that they were checking in as they were aware of my attempt to call them and was there anything they could do for me.
I had not left a message with my name and number or any info so they must have used caller ID.
To say the least, I was impressed. It is comforting to know that my chassis builder is so on top of things and concerned about my situation.
Great Company and great support.
Thank you
Pete Bronson

All Freightliner owners are reminded to call 800-FTL-HELP at any time in the event of an emergency. --> 24/7 <--
For all routine matters; call during normal business hours from Monday to Friday, typically from 8a to 5p.

Absolutely! The core group of FCCC owners in the Chat Room have a lot of experience and discussions about all things Freightliner are welcome.
