Just had the M3 service performed at the Oasis dealer in Tolleson, Az. In addition, I spoke with Kirk (center mgr) about my problem with slow fuel fill and they replaced my fuel tank. They also found two other items with the engine which they took care of under wty.

Total bill was $1300 for the service. They got everything handled in one day. I try to make all of my chasis service appointments with these guys.

It sounds like you had a great experience there, Rick. I will try to remember them whenever I hear of someone asking for service in that area!

(Has anyone else had the same experience?)

Kirk Ault and his team of techs have serviced my 2004 Winnebago Journey for the last three years. They are the best, will treat you and your Freightliner chassis right. They have done an M3, and two M1s services on my coach's chassis.

I'm glad to hear that they're getting their act together. I took a new 05 Diesel Bounder to them for an IM in 2006 and they were a joke. Flat out lied to me about what was needed, what they actually did, and what they charged me for. After a rather pointed discussion, I only paid for what they did, but the lying and their attitude completely soured me on their operation. Just keep counting your fingers after the handshake.

Pigman:

I can't believe we are talking about the same Oasis facility. I first went there in January of 2007 on the recommendation of another RV buddy. I don't think Kirk Ault would ever lie to anyone about work needed or accomplished--maybe you were there before his time or something else.

My past experiences has been very good. Look at the RV Service web site and you will find everybody who has written them up says the same.

Just my 0.02.

Just relaying our experience. If they have their act together, that's great. They didn't in early 06, but things can change.
