Maintenance Records

I asked this on the Tiffin forum also. I just bought an 07 Phaeton and the previous owner did not keep any maintenance records that I can find. The coach has 13,200 miles. Question is, does Freightliner keep maintenance records according to vin number if it was serviced there? Would like to make sure the maintenance is up to date so I can continue with the schedule.
