Noisy suspension air dump valve

Some time ago I read about a member than installed a noise damper on his suspension dump valve. I can't seem to find it in a search. Has anyone done this?

I'm wondering as to why you would want to do this? Mine is very quiet already and I really kinda like to hear that it's dumping. It also is a good way to make sure your dump valve is working or not.

The issue with mine is that it does not sound like the air dump , air leak type sound as other coaches. Mine makes an annoying shrieking sound unlike anything else Ive heard.

My AC Revolution shrieks as well when the air dumps for leveling. Would be interested in how to dampen the noise.

Google - "air dump muffler" lots of choices for different applications. We use them extensively in the plant I work in.

I did some research on the above air dump muffler. I believek it will do good job at reducing or eliminating that shirking sound.

Does any one know what threaded size is needed?

Just wondering, do all your chassis drop fairly fast when dumping the air bags and this noise is being made? I am wondering if the solenoid valves are opening the whole way? Making these strange noises?

Although I don't know how long it should take to dump the air, it does it fairly quickly. It's comparable to what I have seen out of other coaches.
