We had our first service appointment at the new FCCC service center this past Thursday. Pat and her staff were wonderful. There were six coaches scheduled for service that day; 3 Journeys, 1 Meridian, 1 Gulf Stream, 1 A Bus.

The new facility is very nice...great WiFi service in the spotless and comfortable waiting room. For us dog lovers, the staff is very pet-friendly and Pat provided a Freightliner/Paws scarf for our dog.

I had my brake S-cam rollers cleaned and lubed, new belts installed on the CAT, a new air filter, air dryer service, and they lubed the fan hub. Parts and labor with my FCOC discount came to $686 which I felt very reasonable.

My only criticism of the facility is the gravel parking lot could be a bit more level and there were several pot holes in the lot near the dump station. I'd thought they would have left the pot holes at the old facility .

Gary, great to hear that Freightliner is continuing their tradition of excellent service at their new facility. I had an M3 done (on my prior coach) 2 years ago, while attending Camp Freightliner. It was a great experience all around.

I would recommend the Gaffney experience for all FL chassis owners.

Live and Learn. Orlando just refunded me almost $80 for the filter overcharges. Oasis my BUTT, never again.

The whole operation at Gaffney is top notch. Work is excellent, timely, reasonably priced and you leave knowing it was done right. I have 55,000 miles and been fortunate to get most of my service there. Did I mention the the friendly people, great facilities and good conversations with other folks in the parking lot.

Got to add my "me too" to this thread. I had my M3 done there in Jan. and it was just like the service I had at HWH and the Winnie factory last summer - perfect. This past year has really restored my faith that you CAN find excellent service. Too many visits to "oasis" and RV dealers had totally soured me on the whole experience.

Now if we could just get the price of diesel back down, maybe I could afford to go back to IA & SC. Just noticed $4.059 here today...
