Stuck open air dryer

My air dryer has a constant 10-15 psi leak out of the bottom round black cap.
Any way to clean or fix.

purchase air filter kit and install. These should be done every 2 years. If you will do the maintenance you are less likely to have breakdowns.

Sounds like the purge valve. Troubleshooting guide is here: http://www.haldex.com/en/North-Ameri...uide_12-99.pdf

Important that all air pressure is released before beginning to work on the system...
Instructions here: http://www.irv2.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=124

Discussion here and it was a faulty valve in the install: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f26/xcs-c...em-164320.html

There was another post with the dryer purging often and one of the small air lines going to the dryer was leaking...
