My Meridian 36G runs great most of the time, but occasionally while driving at low speeds (under 35) and while warming up (under 150 degrees coolant temp), I will get a surging or bucking under light acceleration. Once the engine gets to full operating temp, no problem. The coach also has an Allison 3000 tranny that seems to shift perfectly.

This is not a huge deal, but I would appreciate any insights.

Thanks - Rick

My first question is many miles and/or hours on the engine?

You might try posting this question in the Freightliner Chassis Motorhome Chassis forum here on irv2.com too.

Also, consider the Yahoo Groups for CATRVCLUB and the Freightliner Owners Chassis Club (FCOC) as addiitonal places to make inquires.

Rick:

I've created a short-cut to the Freightliner forum...maybe you will get more responses.
