Tilt and telescope column?

I have a 09 entegra Aspire built on the Freightliner chassis. I thought I read it has a T&T steering column. The small pedal by the floor on the left side of the column does the tilt. If it has it, how do I get it to telescope? Thanks , Jim

Pushing that pedal down releases both the tilt and telescope. If it's not telescoping, it's probably at the top or bottom of it's travel. It's spring loaded and, sorry, I don't remember if it's loaded to push up or down. In short, push the pedal and push or pull on the wheel. It should move.

If it's like ours, after pushing the pedal down you really have to give the steering wheel a good pull or shove depending on which way you want to go. When we bought ours, even the salesman thought it did not telescope but after reading a few posts on another site, I learned the trick.....elbow grease

x4
ours was the same way, i spent a few hours trying to find why it would not lift or raise..found a few dash pieces tight on the column and then gave her a good strong jerk upward and BAM it moved, when i stepped down on the pedal.
