Just did oil and filter change on '08 Horizon with Freightliner chassis and Cummins ISL. Had just installed Fumoto (F104) valve a week ago using the shop vac at oil fill method discussed in other posts. Worked like a charm. Didn't lose a drop. Oil and filter change was equally clean and easy. Changing fuel filters was a different story. Secondary (pressure) filter was not a problem except that the original catridge was VERY tight. The primary (suction) filter (the fuel/water separator) was a different story. Once I loosened the original cartridge, fuel continued to flow from the filter housing until I was able to get the new cartridge in place and snugged up. Probably ended up dribbling out a gallon or more of precious fuel. Is there a way to change this cartridge without the hassle and the mess of looking upstream at diesel fuel the whole time?

Change the filter when the tank is low on fuel and try to have the front lower than the rear of the coach.

In some configurations the fuel will siphon out of the line when the filter is removed. Sounds like you have one of them. Brian's suggestion may help - give it a try.
