Inner dually tires

I'm sure this has been addressed before but perhaps there are other ideas out there. I have a 2012 F550 and found it impossible to inflate the inner tires. I have tried different air chucks without success. I brought it to a Ford dealer and they had a flexible chuck and he used a skinny long pliers to hold in in place.
I have not heard positives about valve extenders.
What do you use to inflate your tires?
for your response

I have valve extensions. I did have one leak once. But on balance better than not checking or being able to readily air the tire.

I also use self sealing, straight, 2inch, metal valve extensions on the inside duals. I also use 90* extensions on the front and 120* extensions on the outside rear. Just checked all the tires and no leaks after about a year and 3,000 miles. I have one gauge with a flex hose and on dual foot chuck does everything. Must have metal valve stems. I would not try it with rubber valves.

The first thing I do is have the tire shop I use is rotate the inner tire 180 degrees so they are across from each other which eliminates that problem, then I use a regular long air chuck.

Take a look at Dually Valves Dually valve kits for Motor-homes, Busses and 6-wheeled chassis.
They are a bit pricey, but IMO, are clearly worth the cost.
