New Horizons: Actual length vs. Floor length?

Hey yall, my next purchase is a couple of years out (Id like to pull the trigger in 24 months for delivery in 36 or so which would put me current trailer at 4 years old). But while Im saving up Im thinking about the next one. A custom FW from NH or Spacecraft is on my list despite the price tag since I cant find what I want in a production trailer. (Dishwasher, hydronic heat, 32 to 34 type floor plan, modern, minimal decor, uncompromising build quality, etc). Ideally, wed keep this thing class 3 truck towable with not much added towing length over my 28 bumper to ball TT.

If you order, say, a 34 New Horizons where does the total length end up? Add X inches for the rear bumper and cap plus Y inches for the front cap? I also have to figure out where Ill park the thing when its at the house and Id prefer to keep it in the rear driveway.

NH measurements refer to the inside floor rather than the outside. They call ours a 41' model, and it measures 41' - 10" on the outside. That's from the furthest point forward to the furthest rearward, not including the ladder. So you can probably add about a foot to the model number to get the approximate outside length.

Usualky add a couple feet to the floorplan length to get actual coach length. Plus ladder, tow bar, etc.
