HDrider I feel your pain, NH Coach is a great product but there communication, planning and Ken's response times leave a lot to be desired.
We have been waiting over a year for a piece of carpet for our Galley slide.

We first saw the "ugly" window and contacted NH on 2/20 to start the ball rolling to figure something out. 28 days later I contacted Brian because nothing seemed to be happening. (I might be a day or so off on my numbers but not much) so if you think about it if a decision would have been made at the beginning as fast as Brian was able to act after contacting him they would have had around 50 days to get the window. So if it does take the 6 weeks to get the replacement window it still would have arrived in time for our already delayed April 15th deliver date.
Now I'm on this side of he computer screen and phone line over 1000 miles away so I don't see what's going on at NH and what struggles they may have ad with their supplier but come on.
And to wait a year for a piece of carpet? How is that even possible.
Well I'm very certain that we will be very pleased with the end results and have many good years in our New Horizon otherwise the slight hiccup we are having would be even more frustrating.

A quick update. The new owners of our class A took possession and will all of our worldly belongings in a U-haul trailer behind our F150 we drove 1200 miles from sunny & warm Arizona in 2 days and are now in Junction City, umm not so warm Junction City lol.
We will unload some of our stuff into crates the NH has graciously offered to stow for us a couple weeks and then take oddball hard to palletize things like bikes ECT to a storage locker and drop off our trailer.
Tomorrow we will head to Indiana to pick up or Ram 5500 from Classy Chassis on Friday and then kill some time before returning to Kansas to start orientation mid month.
The coach is looking great and it appears the window situation is resolved and the replacement will be here and be replaced before we head to the Rally.
Life is good.

It's getting close! We left Arizona and drove to Indiana to pick up our new truck and are now at the Best Western In Junction City
Went up to take a peek at the 5th wheel last night and it's looking great.
We are scheduled to go start our orientation this coming Tuesday.

Looks like we have orientation during the same week. I get in tomorrow morning to start loading up. Already had one day of orientation when I was at the factory two weeks ago. I will probably start up again Wednesday and head over to Acorn on Friday afternoon before heading down to the Rally. Your Majestic and my Summit will probably be leaving the factory around the same time.

Looking forward to meeting you.
We plan to go up to the lake tomorrow to kill a little time so will need to check out that park. We could use a spot to hang out a few days before heading to Texas and hanging out near the shop might not be a bad idea.
Looks like they have a newer section with some pull throughs, might not be bad for a new 5th wheel guy LOL!!

Thanks. Yup, this has been a 9 month long process so we won't be rushing anything at this point of the game.

They're absolutely amazing!
Either way, I'm sure you'll be delighted with your Majestic.

What makes the Asko W/D so amazing?
