That is great news. It is always amazing how someone can put a product out on the market knowing it is sub standard, and let others figure out what is wrong with it, instead of doing it right the first time.

I also was in a unit with Duo-Therm and I could hardly hear it running.

How about some feed back after your trip to NH. Thanks for the reply.

keep thread as my 3 day old Domtic a/c is very noisy at 85 dbs. not good.

Yeah, we just bought a new heat pump because ours was 3 months out of warranty when it died. the new one vibrates a lot more. Hoping it will settle down.
