Wrinkles on cap

Included is a picture of my cap showing wrinkles. The wrinkles basically go straight across the coach and are in two different places. There is also one that goes straight up and down. Any ideas?

That doesn't look like a New Horizons 5th wheel front cap?

But to answer your question, that looks like the vinyl wrap graphic wasn't applied right.

It is a New Horizons Majestic and it is not vinyl wrap.

When you run your hand over/across it, can you feel a ripple?
If you can, then it is in the paint/clearcoat. If you can't then there is something else going on underneath the clear coat. The clear coat can be smooth, with the paint sagged beneath it.
I copied the pic and enlarged it some. Without seeing it in person, it's hard to tell if something has hit or had been pressed against the front, or if it is coming from the subsurface of the cap.
What year coach?

To Rollondown

They are ripples and are basically solid not soft. Do you think a paint problem would span the cap as straight and completely from one side of the cap to the other in two places and one vertically. I could only get a decent picture of a small part of the problem. The coach is a 2014. We had the cap replaced in the spring of 2015 because the knucklehead hooking up the trailer was a knucklehead.
