Fridge stopped working. 2013 Montana high country 343RL.

Has worked fine. Most of the time on ac power. Some time propane. June 29 opened fridge and it was warm inside, Left freezer comp.still froze r freezer comp. defrosting. Checked outside compartment it was very warm. Took off both covers. Blew it all out with air hose. Switched to LP gas. Sun was on that side so I put foil on the wall outside to reflect heat. Started to cool down some. Got up this morning and it is 17.5 degrees C. Coils. very warm at bottom and cooler at top but NOT hot. ? Please help. Meat and chicken frozen fruit and veggies won't last long in a cooler of ice

What brand and model of refrigerator do you have? A search on Google will link to manual and service/troubleshooting guide very likely. Also, many refrigerators will give an error code that could point you in the right direction, but again you'll need the manual to interpret the code.

Dry ice is available at many grocery stores, you might put a block in the cooler with your frozen food. Check in yellow pages or online for local sources if grocery doesn't have it.

I too wonder what model it is.

Have you recycled power to the fridge? Our dometic sometimes will go warm if we switch from ac, to propane, and back to ac. At that point, I have to turn it off and back on right then.

I'm guessing... has it been cold for days, and then all of a sudden? Or did you just crank it up recently?

Norcold model 2010. 4 door full size. We have been living in it for about 11 months. Before that it was just weekends..I have no codes the control panel is lit up as normal. I have had it on power all the time but did switch to propane when it buggered up. All happened over about 4 hrs. ? Beats me.

Thanks for the replys. Much appreciated.

You might try the battery disconnect and unplug shore power to give the refrigerator a reset.
