There is an anti-siphon or one way check valve in the line, I'd suspect it is bad. Often the anti-siphon valve is in a sink cabinet above the tank.

Is the valve opening to let the sewage out?

Yes the sewer drains when you open the valve.

Is this on the 2017 ???

Could be that the factory installed the 'anti-siphon vacuum breaker backflow preventer' in BACKWARDS.

It is a one way check valve device typically located under bathroom sink and allows water to only flow one direction (towards tank)

Otherwise nozzle is plugged----highly doubtful on a new rig.

Can be black, white, clear or even brass....all the same device

Has it ever worked sense new? If not disregard my post. If it has worked in the past then find where the flush enters the top of the tank and remove the fitting (probably two screws). The flush will be blocked with toilet paper and the holes need to be drilled out a little larger than original. Wash clean and reinstall using silicone to seal.

My 2020 alpine has two black tanks, and two flush fittings. One works and the other has never worked. I will check that backflow valve tomorrow..
