We have a 2008 34' Challenger. It has been in the shop for about two weeks waiting for a switch that controls the landing leggs to be shipped from Keystone.

Anyone else having problems with warrenty work from Keystone?

I had the same problem with my Everest about a year after I bought it. My dealer had the switch in stock and replaced it right away. I don't think it was under the Keystone warranty though but Lippert Components who made the frame and supporting components. They have also replace my slide pump which leaked without question.

Here's the rest of the story -- I got ahold of Keystone and they had no record of the switch being ordered. I'd called Keystone from the dealers' and the dealers' service person looked into the order, called me and apologized up and down, sure enough, the dealer messed up! I have been told that they will have it fixed next week, first thing.
