Arrow Basic Itinerary

As I understand it, from the posts, the basic itinerary for our Thanksgiving Get Together is:

- Members start arriving Thursday
- Thursday - Bob plans on setting his grill to cook (weather permitting) what you bring (no set menu)
- Friday - Pizza night
- Saturday - Thanksgiving Dinner, please post what you’re brining
- Sunday – Thanksgiving left-overs
- Sunday/Monday - Goodbyes, Hugs and Handshakes

And of course there will be games!!!

Saturday’s Menu - while there’s no set menu, please bring what you feel is appropriate for Thanksgiving Dinner. Looking back at the previous two years, these are some of the items people have brought”:

Applesauce
Butter
Butternut Squash
Cake
Corn
Cranberry Jello
Cranberry sauce
Dessert(s)
Deviled eggs
Green bean casserole
Ham (guessing we need 2 or 3)
Macaroni & cheese
Marinated slaw
Mashed potatoes and gravy
Meat Stuffing
Paper Products - plates (oval platters) and napkins
Pineapple casserole
Rolls
Scallop Potatos
Squash casserole
Stuffing
Sweet potatoes
Turkey (approx. 12-14 lbs) {guessing we need approx 3}
Vegetables (beans, peas, ect.)

NOTE: Everyone brings their own beverages.

I’m sure we’ll have a great time!!!

Hey George, Thanks for jumping in and helping. We'll bring our turkey fryer and cook a 13 or so pound turkey. Looking forward to seeing well established, (notice I didn't say old), friends and meeting new ones.

George or anyone else.

We're trying to figure out what's still missing that we can bring. We are arriving Wednesday and this will be the last stop on our two month journey. We'll see what we can think up given the very complete list.

Bob

Thank you George

I'd like to thank George for posting the attendance list and what folks are bringing. Denise and I have been hard at it trying to rebuild our home, and haven't had much time it focus on the campout. We didn't even know if we were going to make it, well our home is not complete but it is livable and we have been sleeping in it since Thursday. Still a lot to do, but we are taking a break and will see you all at the campout. The scheduled called for a cookout Thursday night, but the weather forecast had a rainy day in sight. If no rain we can cookout, if rain we can meet in the rec room, we have it scheduled each night at 6 pm. I plan on being there early Thursday so hopefully have things ready for everyone's arrival. See you there.
