Cinco De Mayo

Saturday May 5, 2018 is Cinco De Mayo day. We had suggested having a pot luck dinner that night but had no menu planned. What would be the thoughts of having a Mexican Food type menu for that night? Or another menu you may favor.
Give it some thought and we will go with whatever the group would like.
If interested in renting a boat, rental dealers are located close to the camp ground. Pontoon boats, kayaks, power boats, paddle boats are available.

As we enter April and the weather begins to warm up our thoughts turn to camping. Please review the camp out at Crooked Creek and hopefully make your reservations.
There are sites left on our original allotment and we hope to fill them.

Don You had stated you live in the upstate of SC. We would love to see you come to the CG after you get home. We will still be there on Sunday and you could visit for the day and have the opportunity to meet the group. You do not need to bring the RV, just drive over, we are in site 95

It is now approximately 13 days until the Spring Rally. We hope that you have finalized your plans and are ready to make reservations to attend. We must notify the Camp Ground shortly to release the unused reserved sites. Please contact them to make your reservation.
Thursday evening we will have the grill set up for any item you would want to grill and sides by everybody.
Friday evening we can go as a group to The Smoking Pig, BBQ, in Pendleton. This is a very popular BBQ Restaurant so we must get there by 5:00 PM to avoid a wait. Check them out at www.thesmokingpigs.com.
The usual Saturday night, group pot luck is planned.

Beau, what's the last date to register. If we can attend, it will be last minute.

Brenda We will call on Monday to notify them. We will request that they hold one site (95) for a possible last minute attendee.
Hope that will work for you and we look forward to seeing you and Frank
