12V fuse panel

38DS04 has a 110v circuit breaker panel and a 12v fuse panel on the back wall. How do I check the fuses? I can't find any place to ground my 12v test light. Do I have to remove each fuse to look at it and test it?
Thanks
Glen

What I did was to make up a long jumper wire to connect to a known ground.....they make a resettable fuse, just like what you have now, that'll replace those....Amazon....

Bussman makes testers for 12v fuses that need no grounding.

Any ohm meter can be used to check the fuse. Set it to low scale and touch one lead to the exposed contacts on the back of the fuse. If it's good, there will be zero to maybe an ohm, depending on your meter/lead internal resistance. That's how the Bussman checker works...looks for continuity between the two sides.
