2002 Travel Supreme Select Windshield issue

Windshield cracked on upper right passenger side, went to have windshield replaced - glass company advised it was an inch out of square and referred me to a body shop to have a brace above the windshield put in. The glass co. cannot get the glass back in - new gasket, urethane adhesive. It was driven by the body shop for a test drive and the windshield popped out and has a one inch gap from the gasket. The glass company & body shop are telling me they cannot get the windshield to stay in after exhausting all options.

Has anyone had this happen before and if so what the outcome of resolving it? The windshield has popped out in the corner before and went back in once it was level.

There are tons of posts about this. A known TS issue. Your coach needs x-bracing and probably a windshield hoop. There is only one place I would go of that. Paul's RV in Wakarusa, IN.

This is probably what will need to be done. My Select popped the windshield after I purchased it and I took it to Paul in 2012 to have the X-Bracing done. Haven't had an issue since. I didn't do the hoop, but others have and the addition of the hoop resolved their issue. As previously mentioned, I'd recommend taking it to Paul and have the proper work completed to solve the issue.
