I am looking at a 2005 Envoy 38 foot on the internet owned by a private party and wondering how it would compare in quality to the 38 foot 1994 Holiday Rambler Navigator I currently own. Any input would be appreciated. I know Travel Supreme is out of business but I am more interested in the quality of the chassis, driveablity, cabinetry, etc. Any comments would be appreciated before I make a long trip.

Thanks, MIKE

I believe you would like the unit as I had 05 TS Insignia and really liked it. Traded up to a 45'TS but there are times I wish I would have stayed with the 38' IMO, would be a big step up from what you have and would enjoy your TS>

Thanks for the info. The Navigator is the top of the line Holiday Rambler with a Spartan chassis and we have been happy with it but looking to move to something newer. MIKE

Mike, the Envoy was the lowest level TS they made, but, depending on how it is equipped, it could be loaded with options from the models above. TS did a lot of that......So you could essentially have the next model up and at a cheaper price.

Also, TS didn't cheapen the woods on the lower models, for instance, so you'd have nice Maple cabinets in it. Same for a lot of other stuff....I say it's no comparison with your old rig. Buy it!

Bob: Thanks for the information. That is exactly what I was interested in. The Navigator is the top of the line Holiday Rambler and the cabinets are like new after 14 years as well as most everything else. It has really held up well. MIKE

Good deal, Mike. Compared to the old Fleetwood product I had, these cabinets are rock solid. And yes, Monaco's cabinets are always first class, so I know what you mean. The Spartan chassis is a good one and I think you'll like that too. If I can help with any other info, please post.
