jeeprubi, are you looking in AZ by chance? I have been looking at this same model and i think I have seen about everything on the internet. There are two in the PHX area and one in Quartzsite. The one in Q was my favorite but the timing is not quiet right. Good luck with your purchase and just know there is someone out here that is green with envy.

Scotty, it is in the PHX area. I completely understand about the timing to purchase. We have been waiting about 2 years for it to all work out for us. Your day will come.

Our loan got approved today, so baring any unforeseen problems, it will become ours.

Congratulations. That's exciting. Photos after delivery?

We love our 06 TSS. We are one of the unfortunate ones with the bad siding. Other than that it is absolutely a dream. It has the Limited interior and we love it. We paid 165k for ours last summer and it had all new tires and batteries. I figured to repaint the clear and be done. It was later I found out I was in a mess.
I would be very careful buying any brand that has a new paint job. I met another 06 TSS owner last year who had just bought his from Lazy Days. It had brand new paint and I wondered to myself if the fresh paint was temporarily covering the Fiberglas issue. Time will tell. There are a lot of coaches out there with the paint checking issue. However, if it hasn't shown up by now it probably has the good sides.

Also just to help compare prices, ours is very loaded and already had all the x braces done. Full black granite tile floors except for carpet in bedroom. My mileage was 67k at purchase.
