New here. I am looking for an owner's manual for my 2007 Insignia 42DL24. Specifically, the air lines tapped into the Spartan lines to control the coaches other air activated components. I have replaced a couple air valves, non Spartan and was able to stop the front end leak. The rear seems to have a hidden valve that is leaking. Anyone that has the the same rig with an owner's manual would be my hero! Willing to pay for a paper or a digital file. A complete manual that has electrical schematics down to how to open the door! Many thanks in advance.

Welcome.

As far as a manual goes, there are some schematics and diagrams here on the forum. Check the files section.

For what you are looking for, in terms of the air system, I would suggest calling Spartan Customer Service. They have and can send you the schematics for the air system and electrical system. THe air system is actually on 2 separate schematics. You need to ask for both the Air Suspension and the Air Brake diagrams. Also, I put together a diagram showing the complete air system on My coach ( a 2003 - 40DS02). Have attached it to this post. It may help you figure out your system if you get the Spartan diagrams.

Google Spartan RV chassis then send a email request to their customer support. Include your Spartan VIN number & ask for the air & electrical schematics. I did this a couple of weeks ago & they sent them in about 3 days. This way you'll have your specific information.

I have the electrical diagrams for 2007, 42 footer, original owner, have been all thru the coach. Contact redonion, if I can help and e-mail you the info I have.
