The 2007 Travel Supreme with a K3 chasis is the best driving coach.
In my opinion its the best driving coach on the road.

There is an air actuated wedge latch that draws the top of the door in to prevent wind noise. My wires were loose causing it to engage the wedge latch when the coach was started. If the door was open when you started the coach, it wedged the door out causing the wind noise. The proper way is for the actuator to engage when the parking brake is turned off and your door must be closed. My problem was just a wire unhooked under the dash. It's quite as a mouse now! I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jerry

Thanks for this, when the latch is in lock position and door closed, it can break off the pin on the angled section of the hinge side of the door when the door is closed. I have seen these break off and with no latch pin to latch to you get wind noise. If one has a plate without a 1/2" pin protruding you will not latch.

I had an 06 42DL14 that I had to drill, tap and install a socket head cap screw to lengthen the pin.

I had to do what bullhead did. Our door would pop open when we would hit potholes. The minor extension has cured the problem.
