Hopefully this hasn't been discussed to death before, but I'm new to the this Forum.
Just purchased a '97 TS Express 5'ver and am in the process of learning it. Went up on the roof to inspect it closer and do some maintenace work. It appears that dicor was used on the outside seams which means to me a rubber roof. Yet it looks different to me, and the original TS flyer called it a vinyle roof. What is it really, and what do I use to seal the joints. The prior owner seemed to use some sort of a gray rubber self leveling compound on the bathroom skylight. Anybody have any idea what that might have been? I'm thinking maybe Sitka flex, but I've never used it before.
I think the old owner might have done the work, but he is no longer well enough to remember, and his wife doesn't know. Any help is appreciated, hopefully there are still a few out there that know stuff about this rig.
