Basement Storage Master Light Switch

We have an 06 TS Envoy 40DS04. Where is the master light switch to activate the basement lights? Looked everywhere and can't find it. Thanks for all suggestions.

My 05 Envoy doesn't have a master light switch for the basement lights. Each light is controlled individually by the switch on the base of light housing. Of course, the coach master power switch (also referred to as the "salesman switch"), located just inside by the door, will secure power to most of the 12 VDC loads, including the basement lights. Hope this helps.

My ‘06 doesn’t have one either. Each are operated separately.

We finally rechecked the "map light" and THAT one controls basement storage lights. Turned "on" several switches for bsmt lights, instead of just one. The one we turned on previously NEVER lit...it was burned out. Having other switches turned ON lit up once the Map Light Switch was in the FULL ON posn. The other posn turned on map lights temporarily when entrance door was opened. Guess it proves they weren't made the same even within the same model and year. Who'd think this item was "optional" how it operated?!

Thanks for the responses. We continue to learn more about ours after 3 1/2 years.

Interesting, although I have used the map light switch in both the FULL ON and AUTO (timed on when the door is opened) positions, I have never checked to see if it had an impact on the basements lights. I'll check mine out this weekend. Does it also secure power to them all in in OFF position?

Although sometimes it appears each rig was configured differently, this may be another case where you learn something new every day. Thanks for posting and I'll let you know what I find.

Well I guess we are back to just about every TS is configured differently. My map light switch has no impact on the basement lights, regardless of position. The basements lights are only controlled by the switch on the base of each light.
