Countertop movement when using slide

When using front door side slide my countertop pulls away from the wall about 3/8 of an inch when I bring the slide in. when I put the slide out the countertop goes tight to the wall? My coach is a 2005 TS select 45 DSO4 Just seen this, could have been happening for a long time. What could cause this to happen (don't think this is normal)?

It definitely doesn't appear normal. I'd start by checking to ensure the cabinet is securely mounted to the wall and the floor below the cabinet isn't wet and/or damage (rotten wood). Can you pull the cabinet away from the wall by hand?
