Entry door touch keypad

We have a 2004 Travel Supreeme diesel pusher with the long thin keypad at the entry door and it has not worked since we purchased it several months ago. I have misplaced the little information pamphlet from the manufacturer (I can't believe I did that ) which tells who the manufacturer is, the model #, and the phone number.

I did contact the distributor several months back and they said the replacement keypad was still available but a new model of course. I think they were in Southern California. Can anyone provide me with this needed information from your packet of pamphlets from your owners manual.

I am sure Travel Supreeme probably used the same unit for several years ,if not many years on their coaches. Thanks. John
