Fresh water tank replace

Hi everyone, has anyone had to replace a fresh water tank, looks like it has sprung a leak. Does it come out the side or the bottom, would like to know which way to start this project.

Thanks before hand for all the up coming advice.

Alternative would be to find the leak and patch it. There are a number of kits available to patch split or leaking tanks.

A product called water weld would stop the leak. It can actually be applied under water.

fresh water tank

Ben, I don't know how your unit is set up but when I had to remove my tank to replace the floor under it, the water heater and furnace had to be removed. Everything came out on the passenger side. Quite a fun job. Only took a few days. Good luck.

My 01 TS had to come out the same way as Zink. I had a split seam. But I had Travel Supreme do it under warranty back in 02.

Thank you, for all your help. found the problem,my quick connect to the water hose started to seep and the water was running under the tank and made it look the tank was leaking. No more quick connects.

Thank you
