After maintenance at a shop a couple days ago, they caused the GFI's to default. The one in the center of the coach was reset, OK. But the outlets in the front overhead area are out. Does anyone know where that GFI is? The coach is a 45' 07 Travel Supreme Select DL-14. A beautiful morning, here in Orlando.

Don't think those are connected to GFI's. You need to check your breaker panel...see if you have juice to these panels from the inverters, if not hooked up. The Magnums have an overload reset button on them and one of them may have popped out. Oh, and you do need to be sure you have the Magnum control panels set to "Invert".

I once after a long search found a GFI hidden in an over hear compartment which controlled all of the outlets on one side of the coach. Therefore, keep looking.

Slabman,
I have used these outlets to power my internet mylfi and have not had the inverters on. I did turn on the inverters and still no luck.

If you aren't using the inverter, then it's a simple 120 A/C "household" type of issue. Somehow your 120 A/C power isn't transferring to the receptacles. First, I'd make sure the breaker feeding that receptacle is functioning correctly-and that there's no loose wire on the output side of the breaker. Verify with a multi-meter that you have voltage on the output side. If so, then there's an interruption between breaker and receptacle.
I suppose there COULD be a GFI in that line, but GFI's are usually reserved for use in wet areas around sinks and outdoors, which includes the basement. I think I'd also do a check of all plugs near the front of the coach. The front overhead TV will be connected to that circuit...does it work?

Aviator, I probably have very similar wiring you yours, since we are both all-electric. My 3 frt. overhead plugs are also tied into the ones in the bedroom, supplying power to the TV back there. A total of 5 receptacle on that circuit as far as I can see. So you should not have power to the BR TV if it's wired like mine. Check this out and let me know.
The breaker for this circuit is in my left inverter breaker panel, if you want to check this further.

Slabman, Thanks for your interest. That is correct, rear tv and outlets on pass slide do no have power. I figured they were all connected to one central point. I had reset the breakers but still not power. I have checked the outlets in the basement areas and did not find any more GFI's. I bit confusing.

Next thing I'd do is get into that breaker panel. Not sure if you feel up to that? Using a multi-meter, I'd verify there is voltage at the output screw on the breaker after, of course, verifying that breaker hasn't popped. Turn it off and then on to be sure-make sure the breaker is seated properly onto the buss bar......If you have juice to the output side, then there has to be some kind of an interruption in the lines feeding the outlets. Could be a rodent has chewed/broken a wire under the coach?

My new Entegra had a very similar situation. I lost the back ac, washer and dryer outlets and outlets in the bedroom plus the fireplace. They found a bad leg in the transfer switch in the basement. Replaced the switch and instantly cured the problem. just my experience.

Do you have breaker(s) on the inverter's output? If so, cycle them as well. When not in the inverter mode power simply passes through, but still goes through the inverter's output breaker (or at least it does on my Envoy).

Solution: When a tech tightened the wire connections on all the breakers trying to troubleshoot an inverter problem, the breaker labeled TV's, - one of the wires popped out but still looked like it was making contact. When physcally moving the wire it separated from the breaker. Reconnecting to the breaker solved the receptical problem.

My 99 endeavor new to us, lost power to front tv intermittently while at the lake. While I was in recliner by door I faintly hear a sizzle in recept. Turns out to be in series from bathroom gfi. Pulled recept out by door. Push in fork type connection on back. White neutral was never pushed in. Black spot no bigger than ball point pen. This was feeding on up to tv. Replaced with house type screw connection recept when we got home. All good.
