If none of the headlights are working may need to reset by doing the unplug sequence sating with large page plugs wait 5 minutes plug them back in the same was the came out. That’s for the column control in the electrical bay.

My issue is they won’t plug in. I’ve ordered some different cups to see if that will make them work

So the electrical part want plug in. Maybe post a picture
of your plug and some one else can verify if yours is the normal plug or mine is. I would hate to be giving bad information on this light kit.

I got inspired by this thread and ordered replacement LED bulbs for my 04 TS. Last night I used the Rain-X lens refurbishing kit and polished my yellowed headlights right up in about 30 minutes. I installed the LED bulbs today and I can't wait for tonight to see if they are brighter.

Total investment:
Pair of LED hi/lo bulbs = $19.00
Rain-X Refurb Kit = $17.00
TOTAL: $36.00

It made all the difference in the world in night driving.
Headlight Revolution has the LED bulbs for $169. They are the H11/H16 bulbs. Are these the ones you bought? Did they work in the Mack Headlight frame?
Thanks

Does your 2005 have round or rectangle headlights?
If rectangle please share where you got the bulbs and the part number.

Relay SPST Diagram

Trying to get new Xenons working obviously not enough power from switch to crank ballast up. I know i need a heavy wire from a 12 v power source with in line fuse to relay, not sure which post to put original hot wire on and which post for other two. mine are Hella xenon with ballast.

Sorry guys been busy a bit. Mine has the 6 round lights.

FYI there are pigtails really available at the automotive store to change the plugs for the headlight plug to upgrade to a more modern bulb. Most bulbs don’t mater if there which is positive or ground.

Second FYI
The source at Headlight revolution for RV information is “VICTOR” he used to work installing electronics in large trucks and RVs and is “fairly” knowledgeable. He helped out with a function issue for 5 days which I ended finding was Spartan problem in the long run.

If you order LEDs from eBay make sure they are recomended by someone with experience using them. Many pour light output or strange light patterns that are really unusable.
