looking at Spartan E diagrams, controller board has a clean ground (from the battery not chassis ground), clean ground wire number sp185c, black, 18GA. This could be the problem. Also the lights have a chassis ground, another problem area. The 4 pin connector to the pc controllers board may be loose or corroded, I have had both problems. I would clean all grounds. The older the coach, the more likely corroded grounds, especially in the humidity. My latest problem, with the smart controller (:() was a connector for the cruse, jake brake etc, (16 pin connector pin loose. has new ones on order). The location for this controller is subject to moister, I resealed the cabinet, remove the light fixture. and sealed up all penetration's. I hope this helps,

Good Luck, and safe travels. Fred
