On the dash there is a little red indicator light to the left of the speedometer at about 10 o'clock. It occasionally is on but I don't know what it's for. 05 TS Select

Do you have a Cummins engine? There was a wrist pin issue on some engines in that time frame and the recall installed a red warning light on the dash. If you don't get any other responses try a search on the Cummins forum (provided you have the Cummins engine).

Could it be the light indicating your engine brake is on ?

It's your "antenna up" light. If it occasionally flickers, it's probably just the mercury switch mounted on the side of your antenna arm.

Antenna up light? Wow, you guys with the Select model have ALL the goodies, no such thing on the Envoy.

Some owners (us included) have installed the light that comes with the RoadMaster BrakeMaster unit. It's supposed to light up when the brakes on the towed vehicle are on. I need to fix mine as it no longer works.

We keep a bright pink suitcase ID tag next to the antenna crank.

When the antenna is cranked up the luggage tag gets attached to the steering wheel.

I have a light on the dash board that tells me the antenna is up but the tag helps too. I'm dumber than I look.
