My Grey Water Vent Is Missing!

Am in the process of installing 360 siphon vents on the roof. When I removed the cap from the rear vent there was no vent pipe in sight! The hole is cut through the Fiberglas roof. There is no hole through the plywood! The only thing coming out of my roof in this location are the wires for the solar battery charger! Anyone know if the vents for both tanks are tied together?

Use of a roof vent for Solar/Sat-TV is common..That was not the Gray Tank Vent.

Is there a 3rd vent somewhere? (I have 4...counting the one you found)
Tank vents are normally near the SIDE of the rig (edge of roof).

Hey Bob.....

4 vents on my 2004 Select....satelite, solar panel...both on the center line, grey on the drivers side and black on the passenger side.

Good luck finding the missing grey one. I suppose if you suspect that the black and grey are tied together you could put your ear to the vent and listen while someone empties a sink. Might be able to hear something.

Bob,

Three vents on mine and similar to Al's the two along the centerline are satellite and solar. My black and grey tanks are tied together.

Al, not only is that an excellent idea it worked! Both the kitchen sink and toilet gurgle through the same vent. Thanks for the hint!

Lou, once again our coaches appear to be very similar. Thanks for the info.
Did you get the barn finished?

Now when I go to Texas Motor Speedway next weekend I can open a couple widows during the drive to check out the 360 vent cap. I'll let y'all know the results.

Happy Easter everyone, and hope you find the golden egg!

Bob,

It appears most (if not all) of the major items are identical between the two years. For the most part, the barn is complete and the MOHO was in storage up there (New Hampshire) this past winter. It sure is nice not dealing with snow/ice on the RV all winter long. I still need to run power and hopefully I'll get to that, along with a few other small items this summer. The first step is getting my backhoe shipped up to the property.
