Potential Purchase 2000 TS 5th-Wheel 36ft

Greetings!

Brand new to the forum... We are considering purchasing a 2000 Travel Supreme 5th-Wheel. I'm rather certain it's 36-ft and I know it has three slides and I think I've narrowed down the model to a 36KSTSO or 36RLTSOA... (not sure how to read all the letters...)

Anything in particular we should be looking for, points of inspection not to miss?

Not sure what to make of the fact that the dealer's price is below the low NADA for the unit... (Asking $13,500; NADA Low $13,800 / AVG $16,600).

Our initial walk-through looked promising, however it had just come in and was in a service bay, so we didn't have a lot of time with it. Planning on going back this week with an inspection checklist, but was just wondering, as owners, if you had any words of wisdom to share...

Thank you in advance!
Linda

Tho not familiar with that particular unit, shouldn't be much different then the coaches .... look at ceiling and wall seams for water damage ... make certain everything works properly, slides, appliances etc .... would certainly try to get service records ... issues with brakes, axles, tires etc would be important ...
Best of luck on your search .... and by all means pop in and ask questions .... there is a lot of very experienced folks up in here who are happy to assist ......

Thank you. After further inspections we found the rv had experienced previous water damage and the repair process was more than we wanted to take on...
