Awesome to hear real experiences... So many times see this question pop up on other forums and the answer always consists of opinion by people that have never used their chosen vendor.

Good Sam's left us stranded in the snow. Said nobody would come to our location and wished us luck.

We have Coachnet, and had to be towed twice in a two week period. Coachnet was great all around and prompt each time.

Also, from my buddies who do service calls, they will only do AAA calls as a last resort because their pay rate is so low.

I have had AAA for many years and so far have never used them. But after reading all the threads I am going to switch to Coach-net If you cant trust a TS owner who can you trust. Beck & Driver after reading your threads I wondered what went wrong that you needed a tow. Did they put it on a flat bed or tow on the wheels Thanks Pete

My problem was a fuel filter that only caused a problem after we'd been running for at least an hour...not when it was sitting in a Cummins shop!

Mine was towed by lifting the front tires and removing the driveshaft. Towed about 40 miles to another Cummins.

I have had CoachNet fo about 10 years. Four tows. Last week broke down a little over 100 mile from El Paso. Called CoachNet. They arranged the tow (very large truck) and made appointment with Cummins.

Driver very professional. Towed to Cummins where we had electrical for the night. Cost to me: $0. I highly recommend CoachNet.

Our biggest fear is being in a location without cell service ( many parts in Canada ) and would have to rely on a good samaritan to get service.

Shopping around for roadside assistance packages and considering 3: Good Sam, Coach-Net and Allstate. Haven't seen any pros/cons on Allstate. Any opinions on it?
