Round Exterior Lights on 1999 'ver ?

.......I have (2) of the exterior , 9" diameter lights on my 5'ver , both bulbs are out ! So , can anyone tell me what I need for replacements bulbs , probably 12vdc would be my guess ? I would like to replace the old bulbs with newer technology but can't find any replacements .
.......I need to remove the round , flush mount metal cannisters and recaulk behind them when I replace the bulbs at the same time . Thanks , santex

Santex, they are 12 VDC bulbs. I'm thinking 1155 bulb base. I replaced mine with LEDs a couple years ago.

What I would like to find is a cheap replacement for the glass. Mine has yellowed over time. I really don't want to pay the price for a complete lamp assy when I should be able to find the glass somewhere.

This is not gospel but a fellow TS owner told me they were Mack truck lights. Hope this helps.

Hi..
The motorhomes used "Mack" headlamps for a number of years..
But I believe he is talking about "Scare" or Security lights.. His 5er would not have headlights..
I would recommend the same.. LED replacement bulbs in them.. More light less juice.. See M4LED for good quality pieces..

You can get a complete, new scare light assembly from Amazon. Just type in "scare light" and you'll get a long list. $20 for a new one with an LED bulb or $15 for the regular halogen bulb. Same light, different bulbs.

We had four of them on our Dutch Star, they had 1295 bulbs. Kind of hard to find and usually expensive when you do (NAPA wanted $5.25 each). I bought a 12 pack off eBay, then ended up replacing each of them with 48 LED flat panels. Boy, did that light up the place!

Sorry. Some day I may learn how to read. I do know the difference between a motorhome and a 5th wheel.
