Ron, don't think it's the TV as mine has been replaced with a LCD and it didn't make any difference in slide operation. I still have to initially push out at the top. I think it is like someone else mentioned that is just the nature of the beast!

Ron, yes I have it adjusted. A little less torque was all it needed. Backed it off till it stalled out then increased in very tiny little bits. And I do mean tiny little bits. It had too much torque and I thought it might break the inside trim. All is well now, and we depart for Moab soon for my Jeeping fix.
